1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UnifiedHQ, Served, Forge, Atlas, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Thomas Helledi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

The Services include:

  • UnifiedHQ - Unified AI platform and hub

  • Forge - AI agent orchestration and automation

  • Atlas - Code intelligence and development assistance

  • Serva - Conversational AI assistant

  • Served - Project management, time tracking, and business operations platform

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or abuse the Services or other users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Use AI agents for malicious purposes

6. AI Services and Agents

6.1 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI agents (Atlas, Serva, Forge agents) is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.

6.2 Agent Limitations

AI agents may produce inaccurate or incomplete results and have usage limits based on your subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Thomas Helledi and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
